1. Are all of your items officially licensed and new?

Everything we sell is officially licensed by the band/artist and brand new. All merchanside is unused and unwashed.

2. Do you have the item in stock?

We try to keep plenty of stock in all items. If for some reason we are out of a particular size, we will contact you and let you know if restock is going to be delayed.

3. How long does shipping take?

Normally all orders will ship within a few Business days. We ship Monday-Saturday and process orders Monday-Friday. If for some reason there is a delay to where your item will not go out in under a week, we will try to contact you to let you know of the unusual delay. You can then decide to wait or receive a refund.

4. How are your packages shipped?

Orders will ship US Postal Service. Individual orders normally go out First Class mail. Heavier items such as hoodies or combined orders will be sent Priority Mail. For International orders, we ship First Class Airmail. Larger orders will be sent Priority Mail International.

5. How long will it take for my package to arrive?

Once shipped, the normal time period for First Class mail is 2-5 Business days and 2-3 days for Priority mail. Outside the US, mail will normally take 1-2 weeks. If you need the item(s) in a hurry, please contact us, and we will discuss Rush/Overnight options with you, and the additional cost involved.

6. Are there any places you will not ship to?

We ship Worldwide. APO/FPO and US Territory addresses ship at the regular Domestic rates.

7. How do I place an order?

Order Online:
Simply fill your shopping cart with the desired items, proceed to Checkout to calculate shipping and enter your payment information.

Order Online With Mailed Payment:
We also accept Money Order and Cash as payments if you do not have a Credit Card. Please select “Cash/Money Order” as your payment method at Checkout and mail the payment along with your printed out Invoice. Please make payment out to Retrofacts and mail to the address below. All payments must be in US funds.

8. Is my information secure when ordering Online?

Yes, Web orders are safely and securely transmitted to our Web server via HTTPS (also called "secure socket layer", or SSL). No billing, shipping, or credit card information is stored on the Web server.

Returns/Exchanges:

Returns are allowed up 30 days after purchase as long as the items are returned to us in the original condition they were shipped in. We cannot take back clothing that has been worn or washed, no longer in “New” condition. If there is a problem with the item upon arrival, we will of course refund shipping charges as well. Otherwise, we do not refund original shipping charges or the expenses for the return. We are happy to exchange items for a different size or such as long as you don’t mind paying shipping both ways. Please contact us if you have a return/exchange, and the necessary information will be provided.
